37 YEARS OF GETTING IT DONE
As an active broker for 37 years, my goal is to provide selected investors, builders,
lenders and partners with the finest in investment, disposition, land acquisition,
building opportunities and new home sales opportunities. Having worked throughout
the Western states of Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado and Idaho, my primary
market is the I-5 corridor in Washington with a special emphasis on Northwest Washington.
EXPERIENCE IS THE DIFFERENCE
In the last 20 years I have developed over 1,500 lots, valued in the tens of millions
of dollars, along the I-5 corridor. I had bottom-line responsibility for acquisition,
financing, site design, construction, marketing and sales in all cases. This diverse
experience could tempt me to aspire to be “all things to all people”, however, I
also understand that it is better to be “many things to a select group of customers
and clients”….I and my team may have mega store capabilities but I provide a boutique
level of service which includes acquisition and brokerage services, investor and
lender services and consulting services.

awarded us with their Vision 20/20 Award for achieving growth management goals and
creating the best example of fulfilling the goals of the Growth Management Act in
